Signs you and your big bra are not getting along

Comfortable big bras are so good at supporting your breasts that you will often forget you are even wearing the bra in the first place. On the other end of the spectrum a poor fitted big bra will drive you to insanity. The key to determining if you have a poor fitting big bra is identifying that you have a problem with your gorgeous big bra. Statistically every 8 in 10 women fail to recognise these problems and thus wear ill-fitting big bras.

The first sign of big bra problems to look for is around the shoulder region. The straps of a big bra provide about 10-20% of the total support. The rest of the support should be coming from the band running around the base of the bra underneath your breasts. If you find that you need to hunch forward to relieve pain or support your large assets, your straps are handling too much of the weight, instead of the band. Another clear sign that your straps are doing more work than they can handle is that you have sore shoulders and red marks when you remove the straps. Remember that support should not be top down but bottom up.

The band that runs underneath your breasts and join at the back can reveal a lot about how well fitting your big bra is. Most women focus on looking at the front of the bra, but an old sign that has been around for centuries is looking at the back. The bra band should sit flat underneath the breasts and follow a horizontal line around your body, right to the back. This means that your band should be in the same position on the front of your body as it is on the back. Most women, unfortunately though will find that the band rides higher up on the back. This is a very good sign that the bra does not fit because the breasts are falling forwards and pulling the bra up causing what experts call the see-saw effect.

The next area to look at if you and your big bra and you are not getting along Is the cup size of the big bra. The goal of the cup is to have no space between the breast and the cup. Unfortunately though like the band problem many women get sucked into the idea of having to be a certain bra size. Never fixate on a certain bra size because they can change between manufacturers and even the same manufacturer can fluctuate in cup size. Your breasts also change monthly and over time as you get older they lose their shape and form and start heading south. If you find that you are spilling over the edge of the cup in your big bra well you big bra is no longer big enough and is too small. If you find there is space between the cup and the breast, your big bra is too big. Generally women with large busts tend to wear a too small of bra and women with smaller busts wear too big of a bra.

Finding the perfect big bra used to be a hard task, but now it can be an easy task, don’t just guess at the issues you think you might be having, get it checked out and do something about it. Tips And Hints For Wearing Big bras For busty Women

-->

Lots of women are now wearing big bras because our national bra size is increasing. In today's article  Sandy one of our big bra specialists talks about some tips and hints for big bras that can help you get more out of your sexy big bra. Just like the sexy, supportive and comfortable big bras we supply at Big Bra 4 U or you can copy and paste http://www.bigbra4u.com into your browser. I hope you enjoy Sandy's article today I know she put lots of work into making sure she talked about 5 of the best hints and tips most women with big bras don't know about.

Tip #1 Maintaining Good Posture:
Good posture is a good way to help alleviate back and shoulder pains, often this is caused from busty women trying to hide their bust by hunching over and thus increasing the weight of the breast (due to leverage), this is what causes back pain, the size of the breast does not always lead to pain in the shoulder and back. Big bras are designed to alleviate the pain in the back and shoulder by helpfully pulling the breasts closer to your centre of gravity.

Tip #2 Not Looking After Your Sexy Big Bras!
Often women don’t look after their beautiful big bras or don’t even want to wear one! It’s a personal preference really. However a big bra is designed to help support, sculpt and provide structure to the breast to prevent stretching, bouncing effect, and droopiness. Big bras also help lift up the bust line or flatten the bust line depending on the look you are going for.

Tip #3 The Minimiser and What it Means to Your Breasts
I often call the minimiser the compressor because wearing the minimiser especially for busty women out there actually breaks the structure of the breast and compresses it, increasing the likely hood of wrinkles and droopiness (because it losses it’s structure), however this all naturally occurs as we get older. The minimiser especially a few big bra style minimisers out there are fantastic for special occasions. But should really only be worn at these special occasion times and not every day. I love minimziers but they have their place and that is not for everyday wear, just to clarify!

Tip #4 Dressing up to De-emphasise The Bust
If you are trying to not bring any attention to the size of your chest, avoid wearing clothes like blouses with pockets or shirts with large patterns around the bust area. Clingy tops and t-shirts are also a problem and try not to wear high waisted pants as they will draw the attention to the bust line. Also tops with horizontal lines make the bust look bigger than it actually is so try and avoid those as well.

Also avoid tight pants, jeans and pencil skirts because by making your bottom half too small you will be drawing attention to your top half of the body,making it seem bigger then it actually is.

Wear v-necks and open collars to draw attention to the neck line and the face and away from the bust. Ensure that the v-necks and open collars are “modest’ enough not to show too much cleavage say a maximum of 2cm or less, but are still low enough to be a cheeky sexy I always find great for me.

Draw onlooker eyes away from the bust area by wearing skirts, pants and jeans with patterned designs and prints. Try mixing it up with short skirts and long skirts and add stockings or hosiery to draw attention to the legs and away form the bust line
